Earlier this year Hrithik Roshan and his soon be ex better half Sussanne Roshan surprised everyone in Bollywood by declaring their separation. It was shocking for the whole industry and the fans because the couple had been together for 17 long years and a breakup was never really anticipated.
Hrithik and Sussanne had known each other since he was twelve years old and have moved in the same circle of friends since then.
Theirs is a bit of a fairytale love story where the guy is too shy to confess his love for the girl half of his life and when he finally gathers the courage to, she tells him that she has always been in love with him too.When you hear a story like that, let’s be honest, you don’t want it to end like this. But, reality must be accepted and life has to move on. This most gorgeous couple of Bollywood has two children together—equally gorgeous boys Hrehaan and Hridhaan. They might have come forward and declared their separation publically, but both of them have strongly insisted on the fact that before anything else they’re parents and that role doesn’t suffer.
It is not a secret that since the separation, Hrithik has started spending more time with his children and Sussanne lovingly protects them from anything that might harm their psychology, including the exposure to media. The rumor has it that Sussanne is in for Rs 400 Crore divorce alimony from the Roshan family. The fabricated information has infuriated the Bollywood heartthrob so much that he took to the Tweeter and published an angry tweet—“Fabricated news articles. Demeaning my loved ones. Testing my patience."
Everybody from Sussanne’s side is also getting offended by such disgraceful stories as they believe that the matter of Hrithik paying money to Sussanne for her and her children’s need is not even a matter to be discussed legally, it goes without saying he will do anything for his family. Plus, she is an independent woman with her own business running, she doesn’t need to ask for money from anybody, not even her own family.
Sussanne’s needs for exhibiting individuality and personal independence are definitely kicking in—apparently she has dropped the ‘Roshan’ bit from her name and has started using her maiden name again. We wonder if it was Sussanne’s need to break away and be independent again that has caused irreconcilable differences between the most loved couple of Bollywood?
